Your statement,”I recommend this. It is exactly what I’ve been doing.” is actually incorrect. Proper way of saying such would be, “I think I can attest to the above, it is… or I also recommend the above advice…” and so on. With your statement of “I recommend this,” you are making it sound like you were the person giving the initial advice. Thank you for entertaining my 2 cents.
