Nexon America is seeking an experienced/bilingual Office Manager for a period of 6 months. Office is located in Los Angeles (Mid-Wilshire/Koreatown).
Major Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative and material requisition support for all departments
• Handle day-to-day office management, including overseeing Admin department
• Plan, design, and distribute office forms and filing system, including vendor resources with costs comparison
• Set up purchasing system for equipment and supplies needed for each department
• Distribute all ordered supplies and help to set up equipments for each department with accurate inventory tracking system, and update location maps.
• Provide updated reports including purchase order status monthly, and comprehensive quarterly cost/budget forecast reports
• Coordinate company events/parties by working with other departments and maximize creative and value added event programs for employees
• Perform special projects as directed by the Exec.TeamJob Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Min of 5 years experience in office management, preferably with on-line game company operation experience
• Experience working with 100+ employee companies
• Highly organized, able to multi-task with ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work with multi-cultural ethnicity
