I have been retained to recruit an R&D engineer for a client located in Southern California. Would you know of someone that has the experience as described below?
The ideal candidate would have a few years experience in mobile equipment, agricultural equipment, outdoor power equipment, or construction products. Other experience will be considered.

The Engineering Department is responsible for a variety of technical matters including technical tests of equipment. It oversees product safety, quality assurance functions, and supports overall sales and service programs.

Job Description Below:1) To ensure that all products sold in the U.S. meet the requirements of the U.S. consumer market and all applicable industry laws and regulations.
2) Monitor the industry (consumer needs and competitor products) trends and changes in the standards, regulations, and technology in the U.S., and communicate with other international design centers.
3) Assist engineering groups with research and development activities in the U.S. This includes conducting technical surveys, monitoring tests and other necessary activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Engineering.
Some years of experience within the farm/agricultural equipment manufacturing industry.
