Job Description:

Our client company is seeking for a dynamic Network Security Engineer to design, implement and maintain IT security devices and services. This individual will assist in the high-level design plan for overall IT security architecture, assist in assessments and investigate any actual or potential information security incidents.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Information Science or related field
2. Network security experience.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience with security software, firewalls, intrusion detection systems and other security systems and network monitoring.
4. Extensive hands-on technical knowledge of network systems, protocols, and standards such as Ethernet, LAN, WAN and TCP/IP.
5. Experience working in a switched and routed environment.
6. Hardware, software and network troubleshooting experience.
7. Working technical knowledge of current network hardware.
8. Skilled at installing/configuring network hardware.
