Position Title: Web Developer/Analyst

Required Experience: 3 ~ 5 years +

Duties:
As a member of the Shared Service Team, the main responsibilities will include needs analysis, system design, development, and end user support. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in JAVA development.
– Work with Business Analysts and customers to understand business users’ requirements
for new JAVA reports, interfaces, enhancements, conversion programs and forms.
– Code, test, analyze and implement new applications and changes to existing applications.
– Support for end users and trouble-shoot the problems, and conduct user training
– Develop and maintain appropriate documentation including System Design and Technical Documentation.

Qualifications:
– College degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems OR college degree in another field and few years’ IT development experience.
– Demonstrated ability to proactively identify improvement opportunities and initiate change.
– Business process definition, systems analysis, and systems design experience.

– Extensive knowledge of INTRANET development workbench, dictionary and transaction programming. Experience in the majority of the following areas is necessary:
. Javascript / VBscript (intermediate level)
. ASP (intermediate level)
. JAVA (intermediate level.)
. Using of Oracle (intermediate level)
. Database Design (intermediate level) : A person who can make ERD, Table Description.
– Bilingual Ability to communicate with Korea HQ.
