Position Title: JAVA Programmer
Job Location: Richardson, TX, USA
Salary: $75K ~ $85K

Required Degree: Bachelors or higher

Required Experience: 5 years

Duties:
 Responsible for support and improvements for web-based applications as assigned.
 Enhance the business-required functions, processes, and information needs of a $4+ Billion company and its interaction with internal and external partners via the websites:

1. Knowledge & Skills:
 – Requirements gathering, design, architect, develop and maintain a variety of web systems such as HR and Workflow Systems followed by ITSM (IT Service Management) Process as well as SDLC.
 – Write specifications for development of web pages, custom reports, required business transactions, and interfaces
 – Develop web sites and test results of system changes
 – Document processes, system configurations, inputs and outputs
 – Guide and train end users in new processes, supporting solutions and master data or content maintenance
 – Monitor, troubleshoot, problem solving, and repair the system, as required

2. Skills/Abilities:
 – Strong teamwork, interpersonal & written/verbal communication skills and time management abilities a must
 – Bilingual Required, Fluency in English and Korean language required
 – Clearly document development process.
 – Excellent presentation development and presentment skills
 – Able to work independently with direct interaction with Business users
 – Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
 – Able to work in the multi-cultural environment
 – Able to train or provide a workshops to other IT members
 – Experience with any HRIS is a huge plus
 – Business process (Accounting, Purchasing, HR, Sales, Marketing) understanding capabilities are plus
 – Experience with ITSM (IT Service Management) Process is plus
 – Experience with SAP interface is plus.
