1. Job Title
architectural drafter and interior designer

2. Job description
– Provides direction and management expertise concerning technical construction requirements
associated with the renovation, construction and maintenance of Caffebene stores.
– Plans, oversees, and participates in all construction and design projects.
– Monitors stores’ facility renovation, repair and maintenance requirements.
– Develops, maintains, and works within a realistic work budget for the department.
– Participates in and oversees stores master planning efforts.
– Performs additional duties as assigned.

3. Qualification
– Prefer 1~2 years working experience
– Knowledge of Design, Build and the NY/NJ Building Code
– Computer proficiency must be required with special emphasis needed in AutoCAD (Photoshop, Sketch up experience pus)
– Flexible and Open Minded/ Sincere and humbling attitude
– Detail Oriented
– Fluent in both English and Korean (communication among coworkers)
