** Software Consultant **

-Develop new features and functions for the core modules of e-Commerce products.

-Document the architectures and design and share the information with implementation team.

-Research and incorporate industry standards and best practices to the core modules.

-Use latest Web technology available to enhance the current product.

-Provide assistance in debugging, problem solving, and designing of new solutions for the implementation team.

-Maintain high quality software by providing continued bug analysis and correction.

-Follow standard and guidelines in development of the new features per Development manager’s direction and provide new ideas and enhancements.

-May require to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 75%.)

-Minimum of 4 years of software development or related experience using Java, JSP, J2EE, C/C++, and other web programming language.

-Must have detail knowledge of various database implementation including Oracle and MS SQL.

-Understanding of various OS concepts and experiences such as Windows, Unix, Linux, etc.

-Ability to communicate and interface well with customers and other team members.

-Dedication and drive to successfully compete the development on time.

-Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills on technical subject.

-Experience with BPM development and ability to communicate in Korean is plus.

** Project Manager**

The responsibility includes

1. Interview the business owners to capture current process.

2. Review the current documented process against actual.

3. Update (if needed) documented processes to reflect the real business process.

4. Using updated procedures and processes to implement WebPortal, eCommerce, B2C, B2B, applications.

5. Integrate other necessary systems to make SIMS system more effective and efficient.

6. Willing to travel up to 75% is MUST.

The skills sets needed are

1. Excellent Communication skill and negotiation skill in English and Korean

2. Knowledge of Semi-conductor business processes.

3. In-Depth understanding and knowledge of general business operation process and procedure.

4. Experienced IT solution implementation and development.

5. JAVA/JSP/Oracle/General WEB Application development / Web Portal experience is plus

6. Good communication and presentation skills are MUST.
