JOB TITLE: Bi-Lingual (Korean/English) Account Manager (Commercial Lines)
DIVISION: West Point, Georgia or Newnan, Georgia
AVAILABILITY: Immediately

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
The main goal and function of a Commercial Lines Account Manager is to assist the production team in the production and service of new and existing accounts. This responsibility includes customer service and all related functions of support for the C/L book of business to which they are assigned.

 Certificates of Insurance
 Electronic file maintenance in Sagitta and ImageRight
 Preparing proposals and applications and as needed
 Correspondence with clients and companies
 Invoicing all new and renewal policies and endorsements
 Issuance of binder bills for new clients
 Investigate accounting discrepancies and correct accordingly
 Processing customer policy endorsements and ID cards
 Process incoming requests for additional information from the carriers as received
 Assist the team in marketing of new and renewal business
 Monitoring and collecting of the aged receivables

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be fluently bi-lingual in Korean/English
 Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills in both languages
 C/L insurance experience preferred or degree in Risk Management or related field
 Excellent organizational & customer service skills
 Able to research and analyze problems independently
 Multi-tasked and detail oriented
 Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
 Able to self check for accuracy
 Must learn the Agency Management System and Document Imaging System
 Must have Resident State Agents License or obtain within 90 days of employment
