Responsibilities

– underwriting, cash flow modeling, market research and due diligence for project finance/real estate

Requirements

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required with Accounting, Finance and/or Real Estate orientation preferred.
– Over 2 years of work experience with a multinational real estate company or financial institution preferred.
– Knowledge of appraisal fundamentals and basis accounting
-Committed to deliver highest quality work product; strong attention to detail and goal oriented
– Strong team player with organizational skills and good work ethic
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
