    이제 1년지났어요. 입사한지….
    담주 화요일에 review time을 갖자고 하는데..
    어떤 것들을 준비하면 될까요?
    유의사항이라든지,, 뭐든 조언주시면 감사히 받겠습니다.

      지난 한해동안 일한 실적을 잘 정리해서 가져가는게 좋겠죠?
      특별히 다른게 있을까요? 회사 평균 임금 인상율 정도는 알고 들어가시는게 좋겠죠

      Prepare what you did wrong
      Ask your reviewer’s thought on your performance
      Ask the company’s goal on next year
      Set your goal for next year matching with the company’s or team’s goal
      Ask your salary increase
