Requirements:
*Fluent English in spoken and written communication
*Minimum 2 to 3 years of intensive HR experience, preferably for a company of more than 100 employees.
*Must know health benefits industry and rates, administration, 401K, vacation/sick days tallying and management, payroll, Worker’s Comp claims and processing, knowledge of labor laws, Cal OSHA compliance
*Excellent in Excel, Powerpoint, internet research abilities
