Real estate development company is looking for a licensed attorney in NY and/or NJ or a Bar candidate. The company owns subsidiary companies which are food retailer and stationery supplier.

Fluency in Korean and English is a Must. Good Communication skills (both oral and written) required.

Job applicant will be primarily responsible for contacting attorneys and governmental agents; appearing before the courts; negotiation; drafting and reviewing contracts.

Experience for commercial real estate transactions/closings is preferred, but not required.
