So did I work for both sides, Korean and US companies. In the US company, I could not feel any humanities between team members. It was like working with robots, in fact, it is working just with computers. Quite different from Korean society…
Those kind of feeling is completely depends on your culture. Neither side is better nor worse than other side. If you don’t like such environment, move to where you like. Don’t blame other culture. Every culture has its identities, we can not compare the pros and cons of it.

I don’t know how many Korean companies you have worked before, but it really depends. Also, your cultural background matters.

Do you treat friends who you feel humanities in disrespectful and cruel manners? Does humanity mean insult on their team members? That’s funny. Do you teach that to your child as well? Hey, sons and daughters, mistreat each other to experience humanity. Is that your message here? For you to guess why I uploaded this writing is simply beyond your ability.

You don’t have a concept of identity. Don’t discolor and misuse that word. It’s quit insulting against every individual who speculates that issue in history, unless you want to approve you’re stupid dumb and never read a book.

hahaha…do you insist that insultion is a Korean culture? I know 5 billion Korean men will be against you. This is not a matter of culture.It’s just simply unable with a lack of leadership.
