Responsibilities: Candidate for a Software Development position must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of programming experience with Java and have a good understanding of advanced features. Candidates with 5-8 years of overall development experience with 3-4 years of recent C++, Java, C#, or similar object oriented languages are highly preferred. Candidate should be experienced in developing distributed systems and/or high demand web applications; have exposure to test driven programming (JUnit/NUnit) and commercial software methodologies such as XP, Agile, and MSF; have strong architectural skills and come from commercial, ASP and high technology companies. Developers need to have very strong communication and leadership skills and be self-starters who work well in high-pressure environments; must be able to write well, present and use design tools such as Visio and Rose. Experience with any of the following are a plus: Tomcat, Velocity, SQL Server, C# / .Net

Education: minimum BS in either CS, MIS, or equivalent experience required.
