When you send your resume, especially when 100 of them as you mentioned, I would strongly recommend to trace the record and manage them. What you need to avoid is to submit to the same company twice or more in a same period time, which may happen when you send the resume to head hunters and not tracking what they are doing with your resume. Wish your enduring bear fruits soon.
