저번 주에 인터뷰를 마치고 왔습니다.
그 후에 연락이 왔는데 reference를 요구하네요.
그냥 대충 듣고 대답하고 끊었는데 그게 letter인지 아님 그냥 이름과 전화번호를 요구하는지 헤깔리네요.
한 가지 더 여쭤볼께요..
refernce가 최종결정에 영향을 많이 미치는지요…
경험있으신 분들 답변 부탁드릴께요…
It’s persons who can tell about you.
You need to provide
– Name, company, title, reletionship with you( normally your manager in previous companies, coworkers, customers)
– Telephone number and E-mail address
– About 3 references
You better inform to your references what you listed in your reference list and you can tell brief description of your position in that company also.
The importance of the reference can be different for your position, but asking the reference means your are passed for their requirment and they would like to verify your careers.
