If somebody would like to get a job in US even with your poor English, I would like to recommend what make your own specility.
I have prepared and begun this my career from almost 9 years ago when I was in Seoul( 4 years in Seoul, 5 years in US Canada).
This kind of position and career was not common at that time, but I thought there could be more demand in near future not only in Seould but also in US.
And I’m sending my resume to the company directly than talking with recuriter.
If the resume and career is match with their expection, normally, they called to me the next day early morning.

And the number of resume what I modified and sent is more than 200 or 300 for last 9 years and I changed my jobs 4 times.
