Memory Test Engineer

Location

Fremont, CA

Required Experience

1. The candidate must have practical experience using Advantest memory ATE system

such as the 558X, 559X, etc

2. The ideal candidate would have 5 years of Test Engineering experience split between

component testing and module testing.

3. DDR/DDR-2 product engineering and failure analysis experience would be a major plus.

4. Must be able to speak effectively before management, employees, and customers/prospects

Responsibility

1. Develop, validate and implement hardware and software to test new memory products on ATE.

2. Maintain all test software on various tester.

3. Provide technical assistance to other department as production, sales, etc.

4. Develop advanced test techniques for module based memory devices.
