as far as i know, even if there is a long waiting list, there is also

priority for people who have such experience includes paramedics, CNA,

LVN etc.

you’d better start in a community college, take some basic prerequisite

classes. and if there is chance, i mean you are eligible for test, take

certificate or license exam as your courses advance.

i know someone who started as CNA and now he is an RN, of course he got

green card too through his employer.
