Construction Project Consultant/Manager
Minimum 5 years experience required. Degree in Architecture or
Construction Management preferred.
Must be able to travel and be proficient in Word, Excel, and MS
Project. Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.
Responsibilities include:
– Provide feasibility studies and make recommendations.
– Work with client to identify project scope of work,
budget and schedule.
– Select other consultants as required for each project.
– Review and approve invoices (AIA)
– Prepare due diligence and unit assessment
– Review design and construction drawing.
– Provide estimates and establish budget.
– Establish project and construction skills.
– Manage construction, working with both in-house personal
and sub-contractors.
