Job Scope and Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day organization of the site administrative and organizational tasks (which are often to be dealt with in a confidential way), secretarial functions, general affairs, assistance to the general manager and other managers; Handling secretarial duties, reception, telephone and mail and parcel traffic, office and general administration
Office rent, utility and other general vendor management
Perform a variety of administrative tasks for CEO/President including scheduling, reporting, arranges meetings, conferences, and tracking of various information and documentation.
Track and manage company vehicle and auto insurance for all affiliates
Assist global assignees during settling period such as finding housing, banking, initial account setup and etc.
Travel Management: Centralize domestic/international business trip for employees to arrange most cost-effective travel arrangement
Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
Responsible for general affairs duties to ensure general office needs are met including but not limited to:
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of suppliers
Ensures operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Job Qualifications
Must be bilingual in Korean
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced work environment
Being able to drive and travel
Effective interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
