차를 하나 중고로 알아보는데 돈이 없는지라 싼차를 찾는데

I am selling my 2000 Chevy Impala. The interior and exterior of the vehicle are in great condition as you can see from the photos attached. The reason I am selling it for this price is because it’s not running. The last time I drove it was around October of 2009 when it started to throw out white smoke from the exhaust pipe and stopped running. I don’t know if its an easy fix or a major problem.
