• On-site & In-House POS Hardware & Software Support Installation/Troubleshoot/Repair/Replacement
• Perform OS & POS Software Upgrades
• Basic Network Troubleshoot and Repair
• Perform POS Presentation and Sales

Education and Experience Requirement
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field

Required Skills and Experience
• 1+ Year of Technical Support Experience
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skill

Preferred Skills and Experience
• Retail, Restaurant, Cleaners, etc POS Experience Preferred
• Sales Experience a Plus
