Job Title: IT Administrator/Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA
Reports to: IT/Network Manager
Objective: LG Hausys America, Inc. a subsidiary of LG Hausys Ltd in South Korean is looking for an IT Administrator at our Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA. Role Description and Responsibilities:
*Monitors portals and ERP transactions/documents.
*System development (new system, corrective and evolutional changes)
*Analyze, propose, and implement system improvements.
*Technical support to internal and external system and IT device users.
*System usage education to internal users.
*Reporting of daily system issues.
*Analysis, design, and planning user requirements with the development team.
*Analyze and propose system improvements.
*Participation as analyst, designer, and developer in IT projects.
*Evaluation of new solutions to projects and issues.
*Assist in the IT products benchmarking.
*IT and System related documentation.
*Monitoring of IT related expenses.Education and Work Experience:
-Vocational or undergraduate degree in information systems and computer science or related field.
-Two (2) to three (3) years of information systems, computer science, and/or IT related experience.
-System Development (Web/Java)Knowledge and Skills:
*Project management (IT Project lifecycle)
Initiative skills
Problem solving skills
Experience working with WMS/TMS/CRM is a plus
Great Social and Communication Skills
Great Oral and Written Communication Skills
Proficient in system development (Web/Java/Net)
Object Oriented (OO)Programming knowledge
ERP system knowledge (preference SAP, SD Module)
Data base systems (SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle)
MS Office skills (specially Excel skills)
*Knowledge of Android/IOS mobile software/Software developmentSalary Range:
